I know – all of these recipes look heavenly, don’t they? I’m looking forward to nibbling on your broccoli bites this weekend! (I’m doubly looking forward to seeing if the kids will try them!)

Tara, all of these recipes have me drooling! I may even try a few over the long weekend so I’m pinning your collection. I have actually made the cheesecake to take to a dinner party. It’s very good with some dessert wine!

Oh Jane, let me know which ones you try! I’m going to whip a few of these up too! Your cheesecake looks like a perfect dinner party dessert – and because it’s easy, it’s even better. (Because we don’t need to stress over EVERY course while prepping a dinner party!) 😉

I was starving while I wrote this post. Food photography is almost unfair… It makes my stomach growl… 😉

You are so sweet to include me in your list of easy recipes. And, I especially love that I am featured with Elena from A ‘Casarella who is FABULOUS. I just made those pizza muffins 2 nights ago.

I’m going to be making those pizza muffins this weekend. And I think that your recipe looks wonderful! It’s easy, but fancy enough to hold its own at a dinner party or party! Seafood is not really my “thing”, but I know many people who would climb over each other to try to grab the last shrimpy-fella at the buffet table! 😉

I can’t wait to start adding some of those yummy (and healthy) ingredients to our smoothies. Tell me, do you ever make green smoothies? I’m considering trying some of them out!

    OMG! I’m famous! Hehehe.

I’m so pumped to try some of these. The pizza bites look so good, as do the coconut shrimp and the broccoli bites and the smoothies. Well, I guess they all look awesome. Can’t WAIT to try them, especially since I’ve loved the recipes you’ve shared so far. Love your blog, lady!

You ARE famous! You’ll have to let me know if you try these, lady. I had better get my butt back into the Kitchen of Creativity this week… I don’t want to lose any credibility when it comes to recipes. (Although the last two recipes I created were only ho-hum.. so those didn’t make it on the blog…)

Mmmmm,…so many good choices. And nice to have easy options when you’d rather by our in the garden, or doing anything but cooking, lol.

Oh, I hear you. I want to build up a collection of easy recipes so that I don’t end up rotating the same tired five recipes (or worse, reaching for the phone) when it comes time for dinner. These warm months make it so appealing to spend more time outside and less time in the kitchen…

I think that I fall into that chicken rut a bit more often than I should! 😉 I’ve starting pinning BBQ recipes now in hopes that I can jazz things up on the grill too!

Oh, Chicken. If only everyone wanted to eat you 7 days a week like I happily would. 😉

And EASY! That was my hope – to get a few recipes that wouldn’t be huge time-sucks, but still tasted nice. I’m surprised that you’re not a cook – for some reason, I would’ve pegged you as a culinary lady! Hmmm… you’re probably too busy with your furniture in the garage, now that I think about it. 🙂

Thanks for doing all the hard work for me of finding some fabulous recipes Tara!! I am usually too lazy to do so… and we end up eating the same dishes over and over. Maybe I will have to try to mix it up a little:)

I hope that you do get to try some of these out! I’m doing my best to lift myself out of this food rut.
And I don’t know if it’s laziness (because you are not lazy, ma’am – I read your blog!) so much as us wanting to have a sure thing. We don’t want to have to chuck food out because the kids won’t eat it, or see an expensive cut of meat go to waste. I think I just need to be more comfortable with taking risks in the kitchen! 🙂
