Oh… most times, my playdates have Goldfish crackers and/or bowls of pretzels as a snack. But sometimes I like to bring out the big guns… it’s a good excuse to have a little bit of “grown-up food”!

Yes! What a great idea, Kenzie! This would be a fab brunch item! I wish I had the stuff to make them right now (It’s 7:30 am) – sounds much better than the oatmeal I’m currently planning!

I’ve made these before, but never with tomatoes on top. That definitely ramps up the health factor (and gives me something to do with all the tomatoes I have right now)!

You’ll have to let me know how you like them with the tomatoes! (And I wish I had that many tomatoes right now – my plants got blight and died. Sigh.)

Ooh… I’m so jealous of everyone that had a successful tomato crop. Next year! Next year will be my year!

Definitely try this and let me know what you think! They’re so goooood!

When am I NOT picturing girls’ night with a glass of wine?!?! 😉 You could serve me Ritz crackers and Cheese-strings and I’d be a happy camper!

But yes, these are a divine “Night In With The Girls” recipe!

If only you lived down the road… I could steal from your bounty of tomatoes (in the right season) and make these for you!

A huuuuuge party!?!? Why? Where? You know I love parties.

This will be a huge success – I promise! Just make the toasted rounds beforehand and then pop the assembled appies into the oven when you need them!
