Congratulations! I recently did a craft that I saw on Crafts Unleashed and I thought the customer service at Consumer Crafts was great! It was my first time ordering from there too. I ordered something they was “supposed” to work with the craft, but didn’t. I wasn’t mad or anything like that but I did leave a blog post comment just mentioning it didn’t work so people wouldn’t make the same mistake. I immediately got an email from someone at Consumer Crafts who went above and beyond to help me. =]

That is fabulous news! I think that it really helps when a company’s customer service is effective and tries to “make good” on what they promise. Obviously, it’s something that you remember.

I’m really excited about working with the team and getting a chance to show off some ideas. It’s going to be a lot of fun!

I’m having a minor addiction to etching right now too. I can tell you there are a lot of etched Christmas gifts about to be received by people in my gifting circle:) Oh well, at least it is something different each year, even if I overdo whatever it is -it’s only for one season:)

Etching is so lovely. I can’t imagine anyone not wanting something personalized and created by your hands, Krista! I’m sure that they’re lovely gifts!

I absolutely LOVE these gems, Tara! Glass etching makes the simplest item classy and refined! 😀
