    Oh, Tara my youngest is definitely a carnivore. He LOVE oriental styled food so I bet he’d love this salad….well love may be a strong word but i bet he would enjoy it! Thanks so much for the recipe!

      Me too (and most importantly, the hubby is satisfied, too. There’s nothing worse than him rifling through the fridge an hour after we’ve had a “healthy” meal)!

      I think that having someone else make your lunch makes it that much more appealing – I really do. Who can beat a sandwich that someone else has made? Heaven.

      (Same goes for cut veggies – love ’em when some else has sliced ’em)
