OMG these questions are the best. Love the answers too! I laughed out loud on the ‘what is the hardest thing to do’. My ears bleed all the time too haha. We need new rain jackets!! Off to check it out 😉

Oh, my ears are always bleeding from the whining. It’s like jagged glass. 😉

Tara, I LOVE this interview. I wish I had done more of this when my kiddos were little. When my daughter was 3, she said that I was 4, her dad was 5 and that Grandpa was 7! LOVE kids!

I love them, too. Lucy would probably say I was 6, but Lila is one of those black-and-white kids. She’s known my age since she was probably knocking on three years old. Such a serious kidlet. 🙂

You should. I think that yearly interviews should be a thing (moreso than the yearly picture) – it gives such a snapshot of where they are in their lives! I want to make this a tradition!

Oh man those two are adorable… might have to try this with my kiddos… although not sure I will get much in the way of answers yet from Hayden…

Definitely do it. I just remembered last year’s answers, and thought, “Hell, I have to try this again.”

You should have seen their faces when I asked, “What is the meaning of life?”

Last Mother’s Day our church did something like this. I loved getting the answers from my kiddos. One of them thought I was 100 years old and they all talked about my spaghetti {apparently I make killer spaghetti}. But my 9 year old daughter took the cake she drew a pic of me with blond highlights, a scarf, earrings, and highheels….oh she knows her mother too well. lol I would like to make it a yearly tradition too, it’s so fun to see their view of the world.

We also totally need new rain gear! It rains a ton in the fall/winter here. The umbrellas are awesome!

Oh my goodness, this tugs at my heart! I want to know what my boys will say- well thought out questions. And oh my goodness- cutest rain coats! Those butterflies on the purple no doubt make her want to just live in that thing- they are truly adorable girls 🙂
