Gorgeous!!! I felt the same way about posting my home tour – comparison be damned! LOL! Christmas is my favorite time of year! I honestly could sit contented for hours, no TV, no cell phone, and just sip hot cocoa in the glow of my Christmas lights. It’s so peaceful, and everybody seems nicer. 🙂

Your home is stunning Tara. I love the polar bear and the bottle brush trees and all of the lovely goodness! You did a fabulous job with all of it! Thanks for inviting us in 🙂

Boozy candy cane hot chocolate?! Ohhhh, yes please!
Since my place is teeny, I only have room for one tree, but I decorate as much as possible because I love it! I may also wear reindeer ears when at home. Maybe.

I don’t doubt you do, crazy lady! In a smaller space, it’s probably easier to get that look of opulence and fullness – I’m sure your place looks amazing.

Awe… I wish I could come for a boozy hot chocolate! The house looks amazing! I am sure the girls are loving having two trees! Does Santa have to put presents under both? Talk to you soon!

Santa only puts presents under the big one, but maybe a stray one might find itself under the Anna and Elsa tree! I wish you could join me for a boozy hot chocolate too! Maybe in the New Year we can get together!?!? Somehow!?!?

Thanks, Andrea. It was partially my idea – I really wanted to do a blue and silver look!

It’s VERY exciting to be able to properly decorate. Last year was a bit of a bust with the house sale.

And definitely get some of those trees – they’re SO cheap!

I saw bottle brush trees at Dollarama and just about let out a squeal! Want to go back and get a few!

I want to stock up too – they have white AND silver. I’ll probably have to buy both.

And then maybe get some green ones and flock them.

Gah. Dollarama – you are my kryptonite.

Um, can I please come over for a boozy candy and see all this gorgeousness in person? I am so jealous of two big trees and two big beautiful mantels to decorate. It looks IN-CRED-IBLE Tara!! And I am in love with the bottle brush trees too… totally planning those for my ‘tablescape’. Amazing job, friend!!

Oh my gosh! Both of your trees are fabulous! I love how you decorated your tree from the perspective/theme that it was a floral arrangement. I also love how you liked a bit of tacky but to be honest I did not see anything that was tacky at all. I just saw fabulous style. Have a wonderful Christmas!

Gorgeous, Tara! And you are scoring major mom points for that Frozen themed room! I’m sure the girls will remember that for a long time. It will come in handy when they’re teens 😉
