Forgive me if we've already discussed this in previous threads....

I'm looking for some guidance on managing my ads. Right now, I only have Google Adsense and Rivit...and as bad as Rivit is, it's actually making me more money than Adsense, so I know I'm probably not utilizing Adsense as best I could. I got approved with Lijit but haven't added any yet...guess I was wondering what y'all would recommend. Do you backfill? And if so, how do you do it? I'd appreciate any insight you can offer! (And yes, this question was inspired by the email tonight from Rivit about new ad sizes/higher CPMs...which has my head spinning.) :-{

I know ChiWei is usually our go-to-gal on this subject, but I'm not tagging her in this because she's soaking up baby-girl time right now! Which is muy importante!

Just went to do my monthly reset of Login attempts - I usually have about 3,000. I had 21,658 this time. Now, it's totally possible (likely, even) that I forgot to reset in September and August. But that's still an average of 7,000+ a month! Moral of the story... WP ladies, if you don't have the Limit Login Attempts widget, get it!

Now that I've talked about thongs and glittery buttcracks today, I'm going to be vulnerable and ask for some advice from you girls.

I've been a member of BPS for a couple of months now, and you know what? I've gotten nothing. Not one of the campaigns.

I don't take it personally, but today, there were two emails, and I dutifully filled out the application and tried to seem super radical awesome, but I thought in the back of my mind, "This isn't going to turn into anything."

Is there something that they're looking for that I don't have? Is it traffic? (This is what I think it is, as my traffic is still in its adolescent stages - all angsty and prone to pouting at times) Or is there something that I should be doing? Should I write big zany "Ms. Personality" type of paragraphs when it asks for ideas? Should I start kissing bigtime arse through social media?

I can finally sit and THINK about blog work, and have realized my brain is completely devoid of anything resembling thought, ideas or inspirations. Now I've uploaded the e-book to google docs and used that address to link my pic to. Is that how you do it? Then readers can download the book?

On Blogger, she just moved to .com from blogspot, but now her Adsense isn't showing up anymore. Do you know what this problem is or how to fix it? Or anyone on WP now go through this on blogger? You all know how helpful google is...

Ladies, I've got to share the story of the worst break up ever. My daughter has been seeing this gentleman for the past couple of months. He is in Athens, OH...3 miles south of my daughter. She left work Friday at 4 and drove down to spend the weekend with him....he is a PhD percussionist and had a couple of performances Saturday and my daughter wanted to show her support.

Well, she arrives in Athens/his apartment around 7 pm. She is hanging out while he is practicing and going over last minute preparations for his performances. At 11 pm, he is finally finished and then has some time for her.....well, he decides, after she has driven 3 hours to see him and hung out for 4 hours, to break up with her. She asked why he didn't just do this over the phone and he said that it's best to break up face to face....WHAT!!!!

It's better for someone to drive 3 hours and then wast an additional 4 hours AND spend money on gas to only have the lazy person break up with them? Now, keep in mind she had to drive back home....oh and she also paid to board her dog!!!
