It would have been awesome to have you there, Jenna. I know you would have been one of the gals reaching for the microphone to ask Sarah a question (I didn’t have the gumption).

Lighting can be SO pricey! It’s really hard to fork over all of that dough when you know that a $30 boob light will do the same job.

It’s just that they don’t have the same look. 🙁

‘Work with what you have’ is one one of my life mantras, especially in the design realm! 🙂

It’s such a good one, isn’t it? I need to remember that – especially when I’m flipping through magazines.. 🙂

These nuggets of wisdom are timeless, especially the advice to work with what you have. During our renovation, we learned to enhance existing features rather than change everything. Respecting a home’s bones while making it our own is exactly what guided us when we sought help from Lorna Gross to elevate our space without losing its character.
